Terms of Service

TwoWayVault lets a sender lock a message for a recipient. A private vault can be found only by a recipient who verifies their own number and searches for the sender’s number. The service does not notify the recipient that a vault exists.

A sender may instead choose a public vault. Public vaults are still addressed to a recipient, but their message can also be shared through an anonymous public link. A scheduled vault remains locked until the date and time selected by its sender.

Only choose Public for content you are comfortable sharing openly. Anyone who has the public link may be able to read the message after its opening time. The public page does not show either phone number, but a public vault is not private or end-to-end encrypted.

You must have the right to share the content you post. Do not publish personal information about someone else, threats, harassment, hateful or unlawful content, or anything that could put another person at risk.

You can delete a public vault from Your Vaults. Deleting it removes the public page from TwoWayVault, but it cannot remove screenshots, copies, or links already shared elsewhere.

You may use TwoWayVault only where it is legal for you to do so. Do not use it to threaten, harass, impersonate, defraud, distribute unlawful content, or interfere with another person’s privacy or safety.

You are responsible for the message you create, the number you enter, and for having a legitimate reason to contact the intended recipient.

Access to sending, searching, and account features requires verification through Telegram. Keep control of the device and Telegram account connected to your number. Tell us through the future public support contact if you believe your account was accessed without permission.

A vault is not a substitute for a backup, legal notice, emergency communication, or time-sensitive message. Do not rely on TwoWayVault for information that must be delivered immediately or retained permanently.

You may delete a vault you created, but deletion cannot be undone. We may limit, suspend, or remove content or access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, comply with law, or prevent misuse.

Public payments are not currently available. Before a paid feature can accept real money, we will publish its price, billing terms, cancellation rules, and refund information.

TwoWayVault is evolving. We may change, pause, or discontinue features to improve security, comply with legal requirements, or maintain the service. We will update these terms when material changes are made.

The service is provided as available. To the extent allowed by law, TwoWayVault does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that a message will be found at a particular time.

A public support email will be added here before general public launch. Until then, please do not rely on TwoWayVault for urgent or sensitive communications.
